Ieva Norvilienė graduated with a Master Degree in Management of Audiovisual Art from The Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. During that time Ieva also studied Public Relations at Vilnius University in Lithuania.
2011 One semester taught theater management at the Lithuanian Music and Theatre Academy.
From 2013 he teaches theater management at Vilnius Academy of Fine Arts, the UNESCO Chair
